Breezy Point Pelican Bay Week For Rent 2BR Aug17th - Aug24th $1095
Over looking Breezy bay on Pelican Lake. Spacious 2 bedroom town home. Features a full kitchen, 2 large bedroom, queen size beds with an additional murphy bed on the main level. Bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Enjoy lake view with an outdoor pool with a boat dock to complete the outdoor amenities easily accessible from your condo. No Pets policy, they will require ID and a damage deposit credit card upon check in (authorization only) but, no hidden fees, it's $1095 total.
Check in Date is 4pm Aug 17th, 2013, Check Out is 12pm Sat Aug 24th, 2013. This is Pelican Bay Unit #41, Week 33, Saturday Check-in. Includes access to entire Breezy Point Resort as well as the Pelican Rec Center.

The downstairs offers a full kitchen, microwave, cookware(etc), coffee pot, dishwasher, disposal... Washer/Dryer/Storage room with door just off to the side, downstairs bathroom. Living room downstairs has a TV/cable/DVD/fireplace. The Spa is just through a glass door, it's an all glass enclosed area. The back Deck is just outside with a table and chairs, a gas (connected by line not a tank, never runs out of gas) grill just off the deck). Just 100 feet off or so is pool area specifically for pelican bay. You will have access to a number of indoor pools as well in the main resort and rec center. A Pull down Murphy Bed is just under the stairway which is actually quite comfortable (queen size at least), I believe the sofa is also a sleeper so I think they advertise these things as being able to sleep like 10 people but, we generally just take a family of 4. Upstairs are two bedrooms one huge and a smaller bedroom with televisions and a single upstairs bathroom (separate from either bedroom). Pelican Bay has a large dock for a boat, you will receive two parking spaces on check in but, I believe you can park your trailer at the Marina or rec center (not positive I would have to call if you required more than two parking spaces (i.e. three cars). They do have a large lot at the rec center where you will check in just outside of the resort.
I will add a FAQ post and a gallery of much nicer photos of the unit. The management company has a calendar of events. Generally the Saturday you check-in 'Elvis' is playing at the main resort(free), I will upload those photos as well, great time.
The Fine Print:
Upon good payment i will have the management company to put the unit in your name and they will send you a confirmation letter with check-in instructions. I will provide a receipt and a brief contract saying in exchange for the week you are paying me $1095, that you have read and understand all the rules, that you are responsible for any damages as well as the no smoking/no pets policy
